01Licensing
Get Private Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000) holds Australian Credit Licence 000000. We provide and arrange commercial and business-purpose finance secured against real property and other assets.
02Purpose of finance
Our facilities are intended for business or investment purposes and are generally not regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. Where a facility is wholly or predominantly for personal, domestic or household purposes, additional protections and disclosures apply.
03Fees and costs
Facilities may carry establishment fees, line fees, legal and valuation costs, and interest charged at rates agreed in your letter of offer. All fees and costs are set out in your formal documentation before you commit.
04Responsible lending
We assess each facility on the strength of the security, the exit strategy and the borrower’s capacity. We decline transactions where we do not believe the structure is sound.
